HOW TO PAY

Soul Clap Records uses PayPal to process payments for your convenience please be aware you will be paying for your product AND postage in Australian Dollars. If you do not feel comfortable using the PayPal system you can choose Direct Deposit.

PAYPAL

Soul Clap Records accepts credit card payments via Paypal. If you have a Paypal account your order will be processed through the Paypal system. Your parcel will be shipped as soon as we get confirmation of payment from Paypal. To order with Paypal just checkout with our easy to use shopping cart system.

OTHER METHODS FOR PAYMENT

Money Order / Cheque / Phone Order

Once we have received the order we will contact you, make sure to leave us your contact details. You can send us the necessary funds via mail,  Soul Clap Records only accepts Australian cheques and Australia Post money orders which can be purchased from any post office for $2.50. The parcel will not be shipped until the funds have been cleared.

Direct Debit

Please note we will not send the parcel until the funds have been cleared by our bank.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Soul Clap Records uses Australia Post to handle delivery of all our orders. Australia Post offer a safe, fast, cheap and reliable service! We provide all methods, regular, but strongly recommend choosing the registered parcel service and/or the express post service. Registered requires the customer to sign for the package and Express Post has a tracking number that can be monitored via Australia Post website.

RETURNS

Unless an item is not as described there are NO returns, all sales are final.
